I was a mess
I’m Rebecca Boczek. I’m a Mindset Coach for Adults with ADHD. I’m also a partner, a stepmom, a dog mom, and a former talent executive. I have ADHD. I’ve been where you are. There were days my alarm would go off, I’d check my email and get immediately overwhelmed by the barrage of requests flooding my inbox. Then my dog would start barking and throwing toys at me, my kid would want breakfast, and I’d realize we had to leave for school drop off in fifteen minutes, leaving no time for coffee. I’d rush around searching for my keys that were never where I swore I’d put them or my shoes that somehow disappeared from where I last saw them, and—well, you get it. Then I discovered coaching.
