COACHING CHANGED THE GAME

ADHD Coaching helped me understand my brain. I learned that, despite being told that I wasn’t living up to my potential for years, that there was nothing wrong with me. After just a couple sessions, I became more self-confident, more self-aware, and had the courage to walk away from a high paying profession to get back to my passion—helping people recognize their potential (I earned my M.Ed in Counseling before I fell into the corporate world over a decade ago). Through coaching, I developed strategies to become and stay organized, ways to coach and soothe myself when I was experiencing big emotions, and found a community of people who were just like me. I was certified as an ADHD Coach through world-renowned ADHD expert Kristen Carder’s FOCUSED program and am continuing my education through ICF-accredited MentorCoach today. I offer private 1:1 coaching sessions, as well as small group sessions, where we’ll get to the root of your feelings of overwhelm, frustration, and low self-esteem and get you back in control of your life!

Work with me and …

UNDERSTAND your ADHD brain, become AWARE of thoughts holding you back, and TRANSFORM your approach to your life

Understanding

ADHD is a big deal. It’s a disorder of your executive functions and it affects every aspect of your life. As your coach, I’ll help you understand your ADHD brain and all the things that come with it from symptoms to comorbidities to resources that can help.

Awareness

You have ADHD and you understand what that means—so now what? Through coaching, I will help you become aware of certain thoughts and patterns that are keeping you stuck. I’ll help you see connections through negative thoughts and emotions and how they play into your choices and actions.

Transformation

Once you understand the nuances of your ADHD brain and are aware of the negative patterns keeping you from reaching your goals, I’ll work with you to discover new strategies for thinking and doing that transform the way you approach just about everything in your life.
