We’ll collaborate to identify your strengths and weaknesses and create personalized strategies that work for your brain and your life. As a result, you’ll develop healthier habits, strengthen relationships, and achieve personal and professional goals more effectively.

Small Group Coaching

Our small group coaching sessions foster connection, sharing, and strategy learning in a supportive environment. Small groups encourage interaction and feedback, allowing members to practice new skills. You’ll build confidence and develop coping skills, leading to improved relationships, focus and productivity.

Group Course & Coach

Our group course & coach program is designed to teach you and coach you. You’ll meet with your group twice a week for six weeks and attend one live course and one live coaching session via Zoom. Click here to share your interest and we’ll work with you directly on scheduling

How It Works


STEP 1: Book a discovery call

We will have your free consultation call to discover your coaching goals and I will answer any questions you have about how I work (the process, pricing, schedule, etc)

STEP 2: Coaching Agreement

Once we confirm we’re the right fit for one another, I will send the coaching agreement and invoice

STEP 3: Scheduling

Unless you’re registering for Course & Coach, you’ll schedule your sessions directly on our website
